A one-day clinic combining on-ice instruction with off-ice training to teach safe body contact techniques.
What kids do
- Participate in two hours of on-ice drills focusing on body positioning and angling
- Train off-ice in stability, strength, and body control exercises
- Learn how to safely give and receive contact in game-like scenarios
- Review demonstrations and video to reinforce technique
What to know
- Mandatory for players age 12 and up moving into 14U
