Des Moines Creek Parkrun

A 5k community run, walk, or jog along the paved paths of Des Moines Beach Park. The course is an out-and-back with 250 feet of elevation gain, taking in views of the marina and forested trail.

Rules

**Supervision** - Children under 11 must be accompanied within arm's reach by an adult. **Bring** - Scannable barcode for a timed result (register once at parkrun.us) **Not allowed** - Running with both a pushchair and a dog - Waist harnesses for dogs - Extendable leads **On-site conduct** - Give way to other park users on shared paths - One dog per participant on a short, handheld, non-extendable lead - Buggies welcome; start at an appropriate pace position
