I Can and I Will Run

A family-friendly charity run/walk with a 10K, 5K, kids' 1-mile run, and dash benefiting uncompensated care at Seattle Children's. **What kids do** - Run or walk a scenic 5K or 10K route around Green Lake - Participate in a 1-mile run or dash just for kids The event is organized by the I Can and I Will Guild, with all proceeds going to the hospital's uncompensated care fund. **Schedule** - 8:00am — Registration opens - 9:00am — 10K run starts - 9:25am — 5K run/walk starts - 10:20am — Kids 1-mile run (ages 12 and under) - 10:35am — Kids dash (ages 12 and under) - 10:45am — Awards ceremony - 11:00am — Wrap up
