War Memorial Opera House

Rules

* Service animals are allowed in areas of the War Memorial where members of the public are permitted. * Bottled gas, helium and mylar balloons are not permitted on the premises. * Confetti or glitter are not permitted on the premises. * Photography drones or other self-propelled flying devices are not allowed in the venue. * Catering and concessions are handled by the venue's exclusive provider; outside catering requires prior arrangement with the venue's caterer. * Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. * Everyone entering must have a ticket and children must occupy their own seat next to an accompanying adult. * All bags are subject to search; large items that will not fit under a seat must be checked at coat check. * No outside food is allowed and food is not permitted in the auditorium; drinks purchased at the theater are allowed only in approved compostable cups with lids. * Photography and video recording of performances are strictly prohibited. * Lobbies close 30 minutes following the end of a performance and doors will be locked; plan transportation accordingly. * Bags must fit under the seat (approx. 14 in. x 14 in. x 6 in.) or be checked at coat check for larger items. * Please silence cell phones and other noise-producing devices during performances. * Accessible seating and restrooms are available; please save accessible stalls for patrons who need them.
