Seattle Asian Art Museum

Inside Volunteer Park this museum houses an extensive Asian art collection. Families can join free community events such as the Diwali Family Festival featuring storytelling, live music and art making, plus chai tastings. Children can explore exhibitions like Boundless: Stories of Asian Art and Ai Weiwei: Water Lilies. Strollers and breastfeeding are allowed throughout and bottle feeding is available in the Fuller Garden Court, and children 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Free smartphone tours and pencils for sketching are available for creative exploration.

* Backpacks, large bags, or items larger than 11x15 inches are not allowed in the galleries, limited self-service lockers are available. * Take pictures! No flash, non-commercial photography and videography is welcome except by No Photography icons. * Keep art safe: Touching harms the art. Stay at least 12 inches from objects and refrain from running or rough play. * Children 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. * Strollers and breastfeeding are allowed everywhere. Bottle feed in the Fuller Garden Court. * We also ask visitors who are experiencing flu, cold, or similar symptoms to visit another time.
