A 20-acre waterfront public park stretching along Alaskan Way from King to Pine Streets with promenades, piers, and sweeping views of Elliott Bay. * Pets must be on a leash. * No amplified sound is allowed without a permit. * No camping is allowed in the park. * No smoking in the park. * No littering. * Smoking is prohibited in all publicly accessible areas of Waterfront Park. * Open fires are prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Superintendent. * Camping is prohibited anywhere in Waterfront Park. * No diving or swimming is allowed unless part of a licensed or permitted program or event. * Animals must be on an adequate leash and owners must clean up after them. * Wheeled devices are prohibited on the promenade except in the cycle track, for strollers, ADA mobility devices, or authorized activities. * Possession or consumption of alcohol is prohibited except when authorized by permit.
