* No outside food is allowed. * Please be aware that parking is prohibited in fire lanes, pedestrian crosswalks or along a road or street not marked as available parking. * Alcohol may be served at your event after securing University approval and a State permit or license, and subject to the Rules and Regulations within the contract. Except with the prior written approval of the University in writing, all alcohol must be poured and served by Bon Appétit servers. The alcohol license or permit must be posted during the event and a copy must be provided to the Office of Event Services. * Decoration of the facilities is subject to the Event Decoration Guidelines within the contract. * To secure date… required as well as the signed contract and certificate of insurance.
