Sail Sand Point
A community boating and recreation center providing sailing instruction, youth camps, and boat rentals for families and people of all ages. Programs include youth summer camps, adult classes, and adaptive sailing; amenities include a fleet of small sailboats, staff-led open boating sessions, on-site water refill stations, and first-aid supplies.

- Free · Parking lot · Parking is available in front of SSP's building, and if our lot is full, overflow parking is available next to the Arena Sports Building. Entrance off Sand Point Way NE at NE 74th Street; enter through the Magnuson Park entrance guard station and follow signs (turn left at 63rd Ave NE, then left at NE 77th Street, then right at the stop sign and continue to the water).

Rules
* You (and everyone in your party) must wear a zipped life jacket * You (and everyone in your party) must complete a SSP Participant Agreement * No landing anywhere but SSP * No drugs, marijuana, or alcohol * Return everything where it belongs * Check in & out with the Dockmaster * Children under 14 must have a parent on site * Stay within our boundaries * Renter must be onboard * Take care of equipment – You are responsible for damage * Break a rule, you get a strike – Three strikes you may not rent for the rest of the season
