Patrons pre-pay for parking for up to four hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Garage rate $0.75 per hour. City also operates two surface parking lots near Park Street and street parking; hourly meter fees are in effect Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
