- No diving or swimming is allowed except as part of a licensed or permitted program. - Smoking is prohibited within all publicly accessible portions of Waterfront Park. - Camping is prohibited anywhere in Waterfront Park. - Animals must be on an adequate leash and owners must remove and properly dispose of animal waste. - Wheeled devices are prohibited on the promenade except for strollers, ADA mobility devices, or authorized/programmed activities. - Fires are prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Superintendent.
