* Dogs must be on leash and owners must pick up after them. * A responsible adult must be present to hold a picnic table. * Parking stalls cannot be saved; parking is first-come, first-served. * Do not drive into picnic areas or onto lawns, paths, or landscaping. * Twenty minutes maximum in the yellow zone for loading and unloading picnic supplies. * Amplified music is prohibited without a permit.
