Echo Valley Ski & Tubing Area

A family-oriented ski and tubing area in the Lake Chelan Valley featuring groomed runs, rope tows and a Poma lift. The hill offers lessons and rentals for all ages and abilities, a six-lane tubing hill (tubing recommended for ages 3+), a day lodge with food concession and fireplace, and an on-site shop.

Rules

* PETS: On leash in parking lot only. Not allowed in Lodge or on hill. * DRONES: Must have pre-approval by President of the Lake Chelan Ski Club. * HILL ACCESS: Access to Echo Valley's property and/or leased land is allowed only when in operation, or during a sponsored event. Any other access including hiking, snowshoeing, sledding, etc. is not allowed. * TICKET REFUNDS: All sales are final. * SLEDDING ON HILL: Sledding is not allowed on any area of Echo Valley. * MEDIC/FIRST AID: During season operation a qualified person will be assigned daily to this duty. * MODIFICATION OF SLOPES (jumps): Modification of any designated run is not permissible. * RV's: Find previous policy. * SKI SLOPE USE: Anyone using a designated run, lift, or tubing run must have a valid ticket or pass. (This includes uphill skiing) * FREE PASSES: Board discretion * BEHAVIORAL CONTRACT FOR: Volunteers, Club Members, Employees. * POOR GUEST BEHAVIOR: Posted on HILL RULES at Ticket Window. * Uphill travel is not permitted outside of operation day or hours. If you are going to be taking advantage of uphill travel during scheduled operating days and hours a ski ticket must be purchased. This is also mentioned in point 9 of the Hill Policy. Uphill traffic must begin descent by 3:45pm. Any violators will be subject to trespassing and appropriate measures will be taken. * One person per tube in a sitting position only. * Must be 3 and up to tube, Before you start your descent be sure the track is clear. Upon completion of your descent, Look uphill and clear the track immediately. * Do not stop where you obstruct a track or are not visible from above. * If you are involved or witness a collision you must remain at the scene and identify yourself to the tubing operator. * You must not use terrain if your ability is impaired by alcohol or drugs. * You must obey official signs and warnings at all times. * After completion of snow tubing, Return tubes to the storage corral. * Tubes must remain within snow tubing park boundaries. * Children under 4 feet tall must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times with a valid snow tubing ticket. * No Tubing when closed. * All participants must have a tubing ticket, Tubing on rental tubes only. * The operation may close at any time due to changing conditions. * Follow all directions of Echo Valley staff. * No refunds for failure to show at the time of the lesson or a lack of equipment because the customer did not show up to the rental shop by the suggested time of 8:50 am. * If you wish to cancel your lesson, we will not charge you if you cancel 3 days prior to the lesson. * If you cancel 2 days prior to the lesson you will be charged 50% of the lesson price. * If you cancel at any point after the 2 days you will be charged the full lesson price.
