Accessible parking is available on level C. Vehicle clearance 7'7". Pre-paid parking is recommended. Parking is also available at the Mercer Street Garage across the street; a covered skybridge provides easy access between level C of the garage and McCaw Hall. Capacity, including ADA, is 1,439 spaces.

Rules
* All guests, including children and babes in arms, must have a ticket to enter the theater. * Children under 2 are eligible for a discounted "baby ticket." * Call the Box Office at 206.441.2424 to purchase one! * No food is allowed in the performance auditorium, but beverages are allowed in McCaw Hall's reusable concessions cups and other approved lidded containers. * To respect performers and other audience members, latecomers will be seated during a suitable interval in the performance, at the discretion of management. * Registered service animals are permitted inside McCaw Hall and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. * Service animals aren't permitted to sit in an aisle (between rows or between sections) due to emergency safety considerations, but they can sit on someone's lap or under a seat. * Non-motorized scooters are allowed in McCaw Hall. * Motorized scooters are allowed in all lobby spaces, but not in the seating areas of the auditorium. * Ushers will stow motorized scooters in the lobby closest to where the owner enters the auditorium. * Video and/or audio taping is prohibited during all performances. * Cameras, including those on cell phones, are not permitted. * All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission. * We request that there be no babes in arms. * As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding a young child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. * As in most establishments, shirts and shoes are required at all times. * Silence or turn off devices that make noise or emit light; this includes cell phones, wristwatches and any other electronic devices. * Minimize noisy disruptions such as talking or rustling programs. * Unwrap all candies and cough drops before the lights dim or at intermission. * Please use moderation in applying perfume, cologne, or scented lotion as many people are highly allergic to perfumes. * Patrons arriving after curtain time may not be able to enter until the next available entrance time.
