This community center offers a variety of in-person and virtual programs and drop-in activities for all ages. Programs for children include Family Storytime & Indoor Play (ages 5 and under) on Thursdays from 1:30–3:45 p.m.; Afterschool Art Adventures (ages 7–11) mixing pencil, watercolor and collage on Wednesdays from 3:30–4:45 p.m.; and Conqueror Hapkido (ages 5–12) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30–6:30 p.m. A city-run indoor community center offering multipurpose and meeting spaces for families, seniors and adults. Amenities include a banquet room, multipurpose and craft rooms, meeting rooms and a full commercial kitchen; the center hosts classes, community programs and performing arts.

* All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must be supervised throughout the program. * A Facility Staff person is required for the entire duration of a rental, if any portion of the rental takes place outside of NBCC's normal business hours. * Please Note: A second staff is required for rentals exceeding 150 people. * Cleaning Fee: If additional cleaning services are required after the conclusion of the scheduled rental, these services will be performed at the expense of the renter, at $110/hour. * A 30% discount is available for non-profit groups providing proof of non-profit status.
