Island Center Forest

A working forest and natural area on Vashon Island with roughly 10 miles of multi-use trails winding through Douglas-fir stands, meadows, and wetlands; the site includes a picnic shelter and is managed for habitat and sustainable forestry. Visitors can enjoy hiking, birding, horseback riding, and nature observation, plus mapped trailheads and volunteer opportunities.
