Subscribers receive parking vouchers with specific validity rules and the theatre does not manage parking refunds or disputes. Multiple nearby partner garages (US Bank Center, 6th Avenue Garage, Union Square Garage). Underground concourse from the 6th Avenue Garage (Skinner Hall) connects to the theatre; Skinner Hall concourse hours: Tue-Fri 7 AM - 11 PM, Sat-Sun 11 AM - 11 PM. * The 5th Avenue Theatre does not issue refunds or provide customer service support for parking. Please note that to access the theater’s main entrance from Skinner Hall, a set of stairs is required. If you have a mobility device and are utilizing Skinner Hall, an usher can assist you to the theatre. * Everyone belongs at The 5th. The 5th Avenue Theatre does not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other form of prejudice towards fellow guests, staff, or artists whether on social media, over the phone, or in person at one of our shows. * Fully immerse yourself in the live musical experience. Silence your devices and be mindful of glowing screens on phones and watches. Be aware that excessive audience chatter and background noise impacts others’ experience of the show. Your full attention means the world to the performers. * Feel free to laugh, weep, gasp, and cheer at the show. Your authentic reaction to the performance is what makes live theater exciting and unique! * Respect your neighbors. Please respect and embrace the reactions of your neighbors, which might be different from your own. * The following items cannot be brought in to our venue\*: Aerosol cans, Animals/pets (except service animals), Battery-operated clothing or blankets, Cans, bottles, glass or containers, Cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens, etc., Illegal drugs and/or paraphernalia, Laser pens and pointers, Outside food and beverages, including alcohol (except sealed, store-bought plastic water bottles), Pamphlets, fliers, handbills (unless previously approved), Professional photography or audio-video recording equipment, Skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, scooters, Weapons of any kind: firearms, knives, pepper spray, tasers, knives and other threatening objects (determined at the discretion of our security staff), Musical instruments in cases and suitcases, Any other item deemed inappropriate by Theatre Management. Patrons who attempt to bring such items into our venue will be asked to return them to their vehicle, dispose of the item, or will be denied entry. The 5th Avenue will not hold or be responsible for any items that are not allowed into the theatre. Unattended items left outside the facility doors will be discarded to ensure patron safety. * Children under 4, including babes in arms, will not be admitted.
