Kraken Community Iceplex

An indoor ice facility offering public skate sessions, learn-to-skate programs, and youth hockey. Free · Parking lot · Complimentary Parking for KCI is available at lots 1, 2, 3 & the top level of lot 9 across Northgate Station. Scan the QR posted in the parking lot to register your parking. If you expect to park for more than 3-hours, use the code "Ilovehockey2025" in the "Apply Discount" field of the app. Do not park in the construction lot on the east side of the facility. Drop-off zone along the front eastside on 4th Ave; accessible parking on top level of Lot 9 and Lot 3.

Rules

* Helmets highly recommended. * Anyone participating in activities at the Iceplex is required to have an active Dash account. * All sales final. * Some activities may be rescheduled up to 24-hours in advance. View cancelation policy. * Parent supervision required. * No pucks allowed. * Anyone taking part in ice activities at KCI is required to sign a waiver (or have a parent/guardian sign a waiver). Doors open 15 minutes prior to published practice start times. * Practices run 30-45 mins typically. * Seating is first come, first served. Starbucks Rink has a capacity of 600 fans. * Some practices will require spectators to enter via magnetometer and bag screening. Helmets are mandatory (ALL LTS Classes). Hockey, bike, ski or skateboard helmets are all acceptable. * Ice Skates: Rental skates are available (included with class registration) if you do not have your own. * Gloves, mittens, thin socks. (We all think thick socks are better, not in ice skates!) * Warm clothes: Clothes easy to move in. Layers are best, no jeans. * All locker rooms are wheelchair accessible. * Smartsheet rink has clear panels in player benches to allow sled hockey players to see the ice from the bench. * Starbucks rink offers wheelchair viewing spots along the bleachers. * With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the facility. * There is a WaFd Bank ATM located on the 2nd floor of the building. * Photography and videography of any sort is not permitted in any locker room. * General photography in the facility is permitted. * Photography or videography of Kraken players during training and practice is only permitted by permission. * Costumes and clothing with offensive material or language, or that appropriates or disrespects another culture, is prohibited at Seattle Kraken facilities. * The location of the elevator in next to the Guest Services desk in the main lobby. * Guest Services and Venue Operations are trained in First Aid, CPR & AED. * There are 5 AED kits in the facility and First Aid materials at the Guest Services desk. * Should an emergency evacuation of the building be required, please follow the instructions of KCI staff. * Concession items available for sale at the Guest Services counter. * Starbucks Community Store offers coffee and snack selections. A portion of proceeds from sales at this Starbucks location goes to support the One Roof Foundation. * 32 Bar & Grill offers full restaurant style dining and is available to provide rink-side catering for special events throughout the facility. * Guests are permitted to bring in their own snacks and lunches. However, all food and beverage for events and tournaments must be provided by 32 Bar & Grill in-house catering. * The venue is not licensed. Outside beer or alcohol are not permitted. Alcohol may only be consumed in the 32 Bar & Grill or by Special Occasion Permit. * Please keep ice and dashers clear when the Zamboni is out, and do not enter ice until our operations staff has shut the Zamboni doors. * Contact Guest Services to inquire about lost and found items. Items left after 2 weeks will be donated. * No outside alcohol, illegal and legal drugs and related paraphernalia. * Weapons of any kind. * Drones, balloons and other flying objects. * Pets, Stickers, Smoking nor vaping is not permitted at the facility. * Vending and soliciting to guests at or coming to the facility is not permitted. * There is a public wifi available to guests at KCI. * Parents are not allowed on the ice during lessons or games, but you may watch from the bleachers.
