* Children under eight years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (age 18 or older). * Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the welfare and behavior of children using the library. * Eating food or drinking beverages is not allowed except when medically necessary. * Animals are not permitted inside except those necessary to assist individuals with disabilities. * Children under 13 may only use computer terminals designated for children unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
