Tacoma Nature Center
The nature center combines indoor interpretive exhibits with surrounding trails and a discovery pond to introduce kids to local wildlife. The facility offers guided family nature walks, nature preschool and summer nature camps, plus a small gift shop and hands-on exhibits for children.

Rules
* Smoking is prohibited, * No pets or bicycles allowed on trails or in the Discovery Pond play area * We do not allow collection of plants, picking of berries, bicycles or domestic animals to keep the natural area as natural as possible. * Stay on the trails to minimize the areas that are compacted and eroded by foot traffic.
