Rules
* No pets. Only service animals allowed (in accordance with 2010 ADA Revised Requirements). * No consumption of food or drinks, with the exception of water. * Please stay on the designated paths. Do not walk on moss or enter any off-limit areas. * Do not pick on plants or take anything from the Garden. * Do not feed the fish, turtles, or other wildlife in the pond. We do sell specialized koi food; check availability with our cashier at the Garden Gatehouse. * Please avoid running and be respectful of other visitors. * No weddings. * No drones are allowed. * No professional photography, specialized camera equipment, or large formal group shots. See our Photography Policy. * To preserve a tranquil experience for all visitors, we do not allow tripods or specialized photography equipment (including props, costumes, lighting, and reflectors) during regular garden hours. * Formal photo shoots are prohibited (examples include promotional, wedding, fashion, prom, graduation, maternity, family, and individual portrait photography). No exceptions. * Guests are welcome to purchase koi food at the Garden Gatehouse and feed koi fish in the garden pond from 10AM-Noon, May through September. * Koi should only be fed from the wooden zigzag bridge and the wooden Moon Viewing platform in the garden. * Please do not bring outside food into the garden to feed the koi fish, as it is bad for their health. * Koi feeding is limited to the summer season, when it is warm enough for the fish to come out of hibernation.
