Rules

* **Be respectful** — of animals, staff, and other guests. * **No smoking** anywhere on zoo grounds. * **No pets** — only trained service animals are allowed (see service animal policy). * **Stay on marked paths** and never throw food or objects into exhibits. * **Do not tap on glass** or disturb the animals; keep voices low near habitats. * **Dispose of waste properly** — use the recycling, compost, and trash bins provided. * **Not allowed**: balloons, barbecues, weapons, alcohol, drones, balls, frisbees, bikes, scooters, skates, skateboards, radios, straws, or lids. * **If separated**, find Guest Services or a staff member with a zoo name tag. Choose a meeting spot with your group beforehand. * **Children under 12** must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times. * **Clothing required** — shirts and shoes must be worn. * **Costumes**: * Guests 13+ cannot wear masks or disguises that hide identity. * Costumes for ages 13+ are only allowed at special zoo events (e.g. Pumpkin Bash), and faces must remain fully visible.
