Rules

* Off-leash does not mean out of control. Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately. * Remain with your pet at all times, keeping them within view and under verbal control within the signed boundary markers. * Keep your dog from jumping on or interfering with other people and dogs. * Pick up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste. It’s the law. * Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and an active pet license. * Females in heat are not allowed in off-leash dog parks. * Dogs must be on leash when entering and leaving the park. Dogs are required by the Tacoma Municipal Code to be leashed in all parks, except in designated off-leash areas. * Make sure that only one gate is open at a time. * No wheeled items, including strollers, wagons, wheelbarrows, bicycles, etc. * Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian. * Act responsibly. Use the park at your own risk. * Smoke only off park property * Visit only during daylight hours * Leash and scoop when you have a pet with you * Don’t bring unauthorized motorized vehicles into the park * Do not camp or start campfires * Enjoy nature viewing opportunities but do not feed the wildlife or damage plants in the park * When endangered salmon are spawning feel free to look, but DO NOT DISTURB.
