Rules

* All staff instructions regarding ride access and safety must be adhered to. * Ticketing policies vary by ticket type: * Cash-Free Park * All guests must maintain dress and behavior standards in accordance with the park's mission of providing a safe, wholesome, family atmosphere. * No offensive language, gestures, or attire is permitted. * Face coverings/cosplay are not permitted without prior permission. * Soliciting and petitioning are prohibited without prior written consent from Oaks Park management. * Oaks Park has a zero tolerance policy regarding violence or threats of violence. Such behaviors will result in eviction from the property. * Line jumping is not allowed. Line jumping is defined as cutting in front of other guests waiting in line, leaving a line then trying to re-enter the line at the same point, or saving a place for someone. * All visitors participating in roller skating must complete a waiver. Waivers for minors must be filled out by a parent or guardian. Any individual who does not have a waiver on file will not be able to skate. * Headgear, headsets, Bluetooth headphones, and sunglasses may not be worn while roller skating. * All guests must wear skates to be on the skating floor. * No one may pick up and/or carry anyone while wearing skates, including parents of small children. * Fireworks, weapons, drugs (including marijuana), and personal alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Oaks Park property. Individuals under the influence may not be allowed to stay. Water balloons, water slides, dunk tanks, chalk (sidewalk chalk, spray chalk, etc.), hay/haybales, sawdust/bark dust, piñatas, bubble machines, glitter/confetti of any kind, pyrotechnics, raw rice, hammocks, fog machines, and inflatables/bounce houses are also not allowed. * Leaving personal articles unattended is prohibited, e.g., purses, bags, jackets, coolers, etc. Oaks Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
