* No food or drink is allowed in the Herbst Theatre auditorium or its carpeted lobby. * Balloons, confetti, glitter, bubble/snow/soap machines, helium, and similar items are not permitted on the premises. * Photography drones or other self-propelled flying devices are not allowed in the venue. * Short-term parking for loading/unloading is allowed only with advance approval; the War Memorial does not provide long-term on-site parking.
