This public library branch in downtown Bellevue offers free access to books, DVDs, music and public computers. Programs for young children include Family Story Time online, drop-in LEGO Brick Builders sessions for ages 3-5, and hands-on STEM workshops in the makerspace.

Rules
* Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. * Children 12 & under should not be left alone. * Kids/teens can use all library materials — parents set limits. * Parents are responsible for lost or damaged items on kids’ cards. * Only service animals are allowed (must stay under control). * No unsafe or disruptive behavior, no weapons. * A person or group cannot reserve a Makerspace. * Bring your own supplies if you are working on an independent project. * Due to limited storage, we do not take in-kind donations.
