Port of Seattle
The regional port authority headquarters sits on Pier 69 overlooking Elliott Bay and functions as the administrative center for waterfront operations. Visitors may enjoy waterfront views and occasional public events at nearby piers and marinas, as well as walking routes along the waterfront.

To reach the garage entrances, direct your GPS navigation app to either "9 Wall Street" or "2323 Elliott Avenue." Bring your parking ticket to the Pier 69 receptionist for validation.
