A city-operated community facility with a large rentable main hall and smaller meeting rooms suitable for gatherings and children's activities. Amenities include a 4,000 sq ft hall seating up to 250, meeting rooms for 15–40 people, tables and chairs, stage options, podium, and an optional mobile bar.
